How I Can Help

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when life’s challenges seem insurmountable. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, working through unresolved trauma, or managing the day-to-day strain of anxiety, you don’t have to do it alone. My role is to offer a safe and supportive space where you can unpack your experiences, gain new insights, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Through evidence-based approaches like EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, and personalized care, I’ll work alongside you to develop practical tools and strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns in your life and find ways to create lasting, meaningful change.

My Offerings:

  1. Individual Therapy - Weekly or bi-weekly sessions designed to give you the space to reflect, process, and grow at your own pace, whether in person or virtually.
  2. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) - A powerful technique that helps reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge and making room for healing.
  3. Outdoor Therapy - Integrating nature into our sessions—whether it's a walk in the park or cross-country skiing—can offer a unique way to process emotions and find calm in movement.
